C++ program to convert the upper to lower and lower to upper case letter

In this post, we will write a C++ program to convert the upper to lower and lower to upper case letters. user will enter an upper case letter and the program will print the lower case letter. also if the user enters the lower case letter then the program will print the upper case letter.
